It’s November 11th — Day 72 — and after a long flight back from the U.S., I’m officially home in the UK and ready to recharge.
Today’s update is going to be short and simple — more of a check-in and a quick snapshot of where things stand before diving back into strategy tomorrow.
Daily Numbers
Yesterday (November 10th) was a modest one:
Sales: $435
Ad Spend: $457
Profit: –$22
So, slightly in the red — but after a strong run over the past few days, I’ll take that. These small fluctuations are normal, especially when campaign management takes a back seat for travel days.
Today, things are already looking brighter:
Current Sales: $648 (as of 4 p.m. UK time)
Back in profit territory, and likely heading toward the $800–$900 range by the end of the day.
It’s encouraging to see the funnel maintaining stability even through downtime.
Transition Day – Reset and Refocus
After two days rolled into one thanks to the long-haul flight, this is what I’d call a reset day — a moment to breathe, rest, and recalibrate before jumping back into full-scale implementation.
The plan for tomorrow is to:
Review all the ideas and notes from the Idaho workshops.
Finalise the action plan for November.
Map out new ad creative tests and split-testing priorities.
I’ve got a big week ahead — fresh strategies, creative ad concepts, and some structural funnel tweaks I’m excited to roll out.
For now, it’s time to rest up and let the jet lag fade.
