Day 71: Investing in Yourself & Growth

It’s November 10th — Day 71 — and today I’m wrapping up my time in Idaho, flying back to London.

It's been an incredible few days of workshops and collaboration.

This short trip has been about much more than travel — it’s been a chance to step outside the business, invest in myself, and gain new clarity on how to take things to the next level.

Daily Numbers

Yesterday was a strong day all around:

  • Sales: $1,080

  • Ad Spend: $491

  • Profit: $590

That’s the kind of day I’d love to replicate daily — a near 2x return on ad spend.

When you can double every dollar (or pound) you spend, everything starts compounding faster. This is the performance benchmark I’ll be chasing in the weeks ahead.

Reflection: The Power of Stepping Out

These past few days have reminded me of something crucial — sometimes growth happens outside your normal routine.

At this workshop, I’ve spent time with around 25–30 other marketers and entrepreneurs, including people much further along in their journeys.

We’ve been sharing what’s working in our funnels, what’s changed in ad strategy, and how we’re adapting to shifts in the online landscape.

It’s been refreshing — and humbling — to see how differently others approach the same challenges. And it’s given me dozens of ideas I’ll be implementing immediately.

New Inspiration and What’s Next

I’ve come away from this trip with:

  • Clearer strategy for my next ad campaigns.

  • Fresh creative angles I would never have considered before.

  • Renewed drive and focus to push beyond my original goals.

In fact, after seeing what’s possible, I’m seriously considering raising my $240K target.

I’ll reassess at the end of this month once the new ads are live and performing, but I can already see the potential to aim higher.

Later this week, I’ll share the new ad concepts inspired by the workshop — including the thinking behind each one.

Some of them are radically different from what I’ve done before, but that’s exactly why I’m excited to test them.
