Day 41: Profit Holding. Tomorrow Is Facebook Ads Analysis

It’s Day 41 of the 240K Challenge — and today’s update is short and sweet.

The last few days have been a bit of a balancing act — stabilising after the PayPal hiccup, finishing back-end automations, and watching for consistency before the next creative push.

Today I’m just checking in on the numbers, but tomorrow, we’ll dig properly into Facebook Ads performance metrics — CTRs, CPCs, conversion rates, and how to plan the next wave of creatives to bring costs down and volume up.

Yesterday’s Numbers (October 10th)

  • 💰 Sales: $559

  • 💸 Ad Spend: £313 (≈ $417)

  • 📈 Profit: $142

Not a great day, but still in the green — which is key while I’m testing backend automations and keeping ad spend stable.

Today’s Early Numbers (October 11th)

  • 💰 Sales (so far): $666

  • 🕔 Time: 5:20 PM

  • 🔮 Forecast: Likely to close around $800 total sales, which should give a much healthier profit margin.

The Profit Goal

Right now, the aim is to average $300/day in profit, which represents the kind of performance level that compounds significantly over a month.

If I can stabilize there — while improving LTV through the new automations — it sets up the next phase of growth nicely.

What’s Next: Facebook Ads Deep Dive

Tomorrow I’ll be taking a closer look at my Facebook ad campaigns, specifically:

  • Which creatives are pulling the strongest CTRs

  • Where CPCs are creeping up

  • Whether ad fatigue is setting in

  • How landing page performance is affecting conversion rates

The goal is to identify which creative angles and audience segments are still strong — and where I can inject new hooks, copy, or visuals to freshen up results.

This next step is all about front-end optimization, now that the back-end automations are nearly complete.

Takeaway

A quiet but solid day — scraping a profit, watching sales trend back upward, and setting the stage for a detailed ad performance review tomorrow.

Sometimes progress isn’t about huge wins — it’s about stabilizing the system so the next push compounds smoothly.
